Great location, air conditioning was unreliable in the room. Super hot in summer.

Very Good
Room was good size had everythingbwe needed and close to everything we needed.
The airconditioning wasn't working the best , even after adjusting the temp to cool the room down more, was 30 degrees in the room all afternoon until we got home from the function we attended to in the city that night. At 10:30 pm it was still around 28 degrees and didn't get to sleep until 2am, that was when we turn the ceiling fan up to a higher speed. Other than that , the unit was pretty good for the price .

Comfortable. And fun
It was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and it was central to southbank.
The showers were terrible. The running water had no power whatsoever.
